04 · What we do

Learn. Connect. Build.

01

Learn

Each session brings in someone ahead on this work. Researchers, AI builders, educators, and leaders here in Baltimore. You take back what applies to your organization.

02

Connect

To each other first. Peers carrying the same weight you are, close enough to call between sessions. Then out to the people running Baltimore's training pipelines, its research, and its neighborhoods.

03

Build

The group decides what we take on as a city. Ideas come from the room and from the partners around it. Whatever this group believes it can actually do.

05 · How it works

Small room. Real talk.

The one you might not believe

There is no cost.

No dues, no sponsorship, and no vendor selling from the front of the room.

  • 01A small room, where everyone talks.
  • 02We meet a few times a year, inside Baltimore workplaces.
  • 03An HR leader built this for HR leaders. Partners give their time.
  • 04Starting late fall.
06 · What opens up

Take what fits. Skip what doesn't.

Members can also opt into what the partner network brings. A few examples:

  • 01Helping shape or teach a university course.
  • 02Access to resources from partners you may not know yet.
  • 03Early looks at new tools before they reach the market.

Take what fits. Skip what does not.

07 · Trust Rules

Trust is the asset.

The room only works if it stays the room. These lines don't move.

  • 01Private meetings stay private.
  • 02No sales pitches in the room.
  • 03Quotes need written permission.
  • 04Names need clear permission.
  • 05Survey answers are only shared as group totals, never by name.
  • 06Testing a service needs written permission and clear limits.
  • 07Partners support the work.
  • 08The room stays its own thing.

Baltimore can be the first city to show what employers can do together on AI and work.

That starts with a small group willing to try. By invitation.
